I know I’m late
It is a couple days past the 4 week mark. Im officially 1 month post op. I feel a whole lot better, so happy to be past that pain. I’m finally back at work. Initially I took 21 days off but needed and addition 7 days. I can finally walk straight, I’m still tight and get minor aches when standing straight up. My belly button look weird but I’m okay with that. I would say pay special attention to the belly button when selecting your doctor. I have seen some UGLY man made belly buttons...lol. Finally, words of advice; wear your fake 24hours. It seems to really help with swelling and it gave me necessary support to my torso.
Here are some 4 week pics.

I forgot to post my 14 day post op pics
I know I’m a bit late. Hate are some pics at 14 days post op. I will try to post pics every seven days for the first month, them monthly after that.
So at 2 weeks I was still unable to stand up straight. Dr. E must have sewed and glue my ab muscles back together ( they’re so tight). Pain have subsided drastically, it is still difficult to move to some positions. I’m a belly sleeper and it’s been uncomfortable sleeping any other way. My belly button is almost healed and I think I got burned some how (I’ll post pics). Both drains are gone and I started bleeding at my incision site. The way my skin heals is wired. I plan on starting scar therapy next week since the scans fell off my incision.

8 days Post-Op
I went in to have my drains removed yesterday but they only removed one. I’m happy to not have 2 at this point...small gains. I am still a bit swollen. I’ve been using arnicare to help reduce swelling and Bio Oil to prevent stretch marks (my skin is so tight). When the last drain is removed I’ll start working on reducing the scar. Here are a few pics, more to follow as the swelling decreases.
