full tt, lipo and full muscle repair. 35 3 c sections

I’m 14 months po and I haven’t healed in any way like I thought I would have.. the pics make it worse actually though I am still posting.. my B.B. is getting worse though we’re trying everything.. surgery will most likely be next though it will be done in the office so I think the same will happen with external sutures like we first did?
I have a dog ear still after previous revision though she is going to do lipo though says I need to exercise for the fat that has formed nice my scar?
The indent will be recut soon to pull it down.
She’s trying to fix though I feel like I may still have the same issues?
She does shut me down when it comes o not removing the fat round my waist area as she assured me she would give me a waist though I am completely flat
I am looking for a second opinion before I go in I think that’s wise as I don’t want to be cut open time and time again for the same results

Ok one year done. I have had one side revised but need mother one. Lipo hopefully this time scars take too long!! I’m hopefull but taking longer than I thought
This B.B. is frustrating and needs to be fixed too wish me luck. I just want everything done now :(

I’m a little discouraged about my scars it almost a year since surgery! I don’t know what she’ll suggest though she needs to revise the B.B. and also the indent on the side
