I started to go back to my gym 3 weeks ago. After a whole day activity and gym I am still swollen but I start to get used to swollen tummy. (But lesser). The lower tummy is still numbed and the color is still a little deeper than other part. I haven’t go back to my normal yoga class yet because the skin on my tummy is pretty tight making it difficult to do “up dog”. I started to do mild abs work. It feels like I had been doing a all-day-sit-up.
My morning tummy seems normal but in the evening my upper tummy will appear a pouch. Will post more pics!

did you put a marble in your belly button to shape it?
yes, in the beginning i did. however I stopped doing that because I started to use silicon tape on my belly button to reduce the scar getting raised

Swollen level compare in he morning and night
I started to use embrace yesterday. Two and a half sheets will be enough to cover the whole scar. Not sure if I can cut it to half next time to save some sheets. Anyone has experience?

I started using the Embrace sheets as well. The way my scar curves, I have to use five of the medium ones. It’s pricey, but I found they stay on for almost 10 days. I wouldn’t cut them, because of the way they are made to take pressure off your scar from the sides, I’m not sure cutting them would allow them to do what they’re supposed to do.
I just noticed the date on your post. Have you noticed any difference in your scar yet?
hi, I think there is no change on my scar: not getting worse or better. I think that is good, as long as I can pass the active period the scar will become stable. After I gave birth, i used the traditional silicon tape for 2 years. so I think I will need embrace at least more than 1 year
