Found an old picture and happened to be wearing the same bathing suit. Hopefully I’ll update with better lighting soon.

All is well. There is still some swelling in my thighs when I workout hard or eat salt. But, it’s looking good. The swelling is less and less as time goes on. Overall very happy with my results and the process.
