Down 6 lbs- ive also been dieting - lots of the swelling has went down- has my first red light therapy 2 days ago- i hope it helps. I have a lot of lumps in my love handle area due to scar tissue- hope it will go away in time!! Ps dono that i like the belly button.

It will be interesting to see if you decide if it was worth it or not. Our bodys are pretty similar 2 kids, 30, 150 now. I was going to get a Mommy Makeover but opted for just an augmentation instead until I can get closer to a weight I am happy with. How much weight have you lost from pre-op to 1 month post op?

Ive lost 6 lbs in a month- he said they removed about 5lbs of skin and fat together- and yea i hear you! I had an augmentation 6 years ago- so thankfully theyre in good shape yet haha- but yes, i too would like to lose about 25-30 more pounds- i am 148 right now- in time we shall see! Thought about trying to go vegan... dono that i could follow through! I would aay its probably worth it as i cant wear my shirts that i ised to, with no fat hanging out over my jeans-

I'm thinking about doing the HCG diet after I recover from surgery. I know it's quick weight loss but I think if I can get off the weight I'll be able to eat healthy and exercise like I have been. I've been eating around 1400 calories a day, and working out 5+ time a week for 2 months and only lost 6lbs. It's super frustrating.

What is the hcg diet?? And dont lose hope they say you lose inches before you lose pound! Try cutting it back to 1200- or just eat a morning snack lunch and afternoon smack amd skip supper! Thats what i been doing amd sometimes for lunch i just have a meal replacement shake!

HCG diet is where you inject HCG (sometimes b12 and a fat burner) and eat 500 calories for 23-45 days and supposedly you can lose .5-2 lbs a day.

Got the clear 2 days ago to wear compression garment. Problem i have is i dont think it was tight enough as work sucked ass bcus i am up and down out of a chair all the time- and before noon i could see my tummy swelling up! As soon as i got home i put my binder back on- i plan to wear it for another couple weeks as i have to wear jeans to work and that sucked on my incision too - other than that i was pretty tired come 1 pm- i know its due to not being “active” like normal. Excited for what the fiture holds and cant wait to start lymphatic massage!

I go back to work in 2 and a half days- and im scared that i wont be up to it as im still quite sore from the lipo. Healing well though. I go back for another checkup tomorrow and if my swelling/fluid is okay i get to take the binder off and wear a compression garment!

Thanks girl! Feels so weird to have binder off for a shower lol- but yea i hope so- prolly havr to get a dr note er somethin darnit anyway- how you doin?

I can not wait to shower and have binder off. I'm really sore today but not in a ton of pain so I'm slowly weening off the pain meds.

I work at a ford dealership in the parts department checking in freight and getting parts for techs that are fixing vehicles- lots of getting up and down - but thank you! I need it as i fell on the ice outtaide my house lastnight when i was letting my dogs put :’(
