Swelling going down. I can see my new shape!
I’m so glad I took so many before pics. I can see a huge difference! I thought my booty wasn’t too different but clearly with the lipo, double muscle repair and fat transfer there’s a clear difference even if my butt isn’t huge. I’m happy I’m not a huge fan in the faja but I know it’s necessary for compression. I’ve also switched to a stage 2 faja at 5 weeks PO. Now I am also wearing a foam on my stomach for more compression because it still is very swollen.
The tummy tapes are off!!
I have been waiting for today! The tapes were very ready to come off. The incision is closed, clean and nice and low like I wanted. Thank you!! I am now in a XXS faja

My recovery has been great. The doctor explained his technique is more gentle. He said, I'm not going to make you look fake, I'm going to make you look like you did before kids. I said great! The pain had been very manageable. Nothing unbearable. I felt the pain/pressure of the muscle repair and the bruise like feeling on the back from lipo. Other than that great! 10 days post op, my belly button sitters were taken out and I'm so excited at the way it looks already. Dr Gutierrez requires 30 days to pass before the tummy taps are removed. I will update later. I would 1000% do this again if I had to. Worth it!
