Not so sure about results
Let’s be transparent, I expected to be snatched. Esp considering the amount of money I paid for the procedure. My flanks/love handles look like they were barely touched. Honestly I feel like they was better before I had the procedure. I have been voicing my concerns to Dr Shifrin at my follow up appts and he reassured me that it’s swelling. Honestly I’ve seen better immediately after a procedure was performed. I will be revisiting my results wit him.

I feel the same way. I have some lumps and bumps and don’t even think muscle repair was done

Hey, im sorry that you're going through that. Did you express these concerns to the doc? Is he willing to do revisions?

Man the money I paid I should of just went to Dr curves and follow my first mind but I wanted to stay here in Chicago I feel like he just cut me and stitched me back up I still big is hell I don’t see a difference he keep saying wait 3 months I’m like how when I feel
Like he rushed on me I really thought he was perfect pick and a great doctor I got a affection my belly button hurt so bad I leaking fluid out of my drain I’m so pissed. He didn’t Lipo my flanks or snatch my waist line I go tomorrow I can’t wait to see him. Yeah I see he could of snatch you more.

I totally agree, I truly hope that he can fix his mistakes humbly. Do you feel any pain in your stomach where muscle repair could have been performed? Please update me on his response today.

Yes I did feel pain, I couldn't laugh or sneeze. Please voice your concerns to him. He needs to be aware of his mistakes.

I feel pain like he did muscle repair I don’t he Lipo me at all I had before. I think he just cut me and me stitch me up and went to the next patient. He told me my surgery was gonna be 2 hours I went in at 11:30 I was done at 1.

Problem is i would never go back under the knife to go through this again. I am tire of being hunched over and am scare to death of the insicion opening up like scary stories on here. Did you have any of those complications? Like how do you reduce tension enough to prevent that

No I didn't have any of those issues. I was sick of being hunched over as well but I slowly began to straighten up. I was really tight as well to the point I thought I the insidious would open but it didn't. As far s going under etc I did trust his practice. I think he's just unaware of proper sculpting. To be prevent the tension I tightened my compression garment. It made things so much better. I also stayed hunched until my body told me otherwise.

Ok, just had my follow up. I am one week today. He says he absolutely did the muscle repair. He acted shocked when I said I feel zero muscle pain. Like it doesn’t even feel like I did a minor ab work out. Expected to feel like I did exercises on my stomach. But he said he did it. I got one dream removed and everything looks good so far. He told me to start cleaning out my belly button with a Q-tip in Neosporin. Did you do that too?

Did you get exparel? The pain medication during procedure. No I didn't have belly button issues. I kept my bandage on until it fell off. I let it clean itself in shower. I only had to use bactrim/neosporen on one of my drain sites after it was removed. Was he open to revisions if needed? Also, I used antibacterial dial soap until 6 weeks post op. How are you feeling after talking to him?

No I didn’t get exparel. I suppose good. I am just confused how my muscles wouldn’t hurt at all but by law the doctor can’t lie right? I was not liposuctioned above original bb because he says it increases risk for blood floor and healing Donnie below my new bb I do have a bulge but he thinks it will go down with time . I am allowed to remove binder and push down gently and rub to get feelings back as well. I still have surgical glue that is starting to come off so just so scared of it separating with this tightness

Did staying bent over help prevent your stiches from opening? I fear the same. Did you do anything to help prevent that from opening as far as special taping methods ? How often did you shower to clean incisions? I feel like I want to add steristrips to help prevent it

I should of just went to where I was going the first time but I trusted him and I wanted to stay Chicago. I’m fat is hell my bf so pissed because we paid cash he ready to go up and there snap. Hi. One drain out, I have drained little . Did staying bent over help prevent your stiches from opening? I fear the same. Constant fear of them opening. Under my bb to incision is ridiculously tight. Did you do anything to help prevent that from opening as far as special taping methods ? How often did you shower to clean incisions? I feel like I want to add steristrips to help prevent it S

Hi ladies, I did stay bent over. It will slowly heal up. I think mine did after like 3 weeks. I showered every night if I was up to it. If not I would have my SO hand wash me. I didn't do anything to prevent opening only stayed bent over to my comfort.

I know the feeling, I’m 10 months out and so unsatisfied but scared to go back under and get barely any results! I was hoping to get “snatched” but when I followed up was told I needed to repair my upper hernia which I didn’t know in the 1st place, like why mention it afterwards :(
