Do Something for Yourself!
Like most, I have gained some weight and even after losing the I still had a mommy pouch. So i decided to do this for myself and now wish I'd done it sooner. I originally was supposed to go in July but got rescheduled 2x once bc Dr was ill and then because of Covid. Things happen. Now...
*Cost 3600 for 360 lipo and 140 for garment. My stats on surgery day. 5'7, 181lbs, even though I couldn't believe that lol. 36DD, 35"waist, 41" hips. The nurse Dave was very kind and had a pleasant demeanor. I came in he gave me my meds about 20-30 mins later I was on the table.
They put glasses on me that play movies of my choice, into the second movies I was done. For me the most uncomfortable was the numbing and fluid injection. Doc did his best to constantly rub and make sure I was comfortable the entire time though. During suctioning i didn't feel a thing and if a felt a sting or pinch he would numb more asap for me. I drained a lot the first 24 hrs and by day two draining stopped.
The soreness is real though, I will tell you that! I'm now day 10 and just feeling a bit better but still swollen and tender to the tough. That first massage was far from enjoyable. When the nurse put the garment on me my stomach smushed by the navel causes a crease (see photo) but the masseuse said it can be worked out so I'm not to worried. I'm very sore and lumpy but self massage in the shower and with bio oil before packing on my lady football gear lol.
The only thing I don't like is the garment has side hooks that are extremely hard to clamp once you but in your foams and ab boards. I have 3 foams an ab board and back board. Im still researching stage 2 fajas if anyone has any recommendations.
