Tumescent lipo

WORTH IT

These are my 3 weeks post op pictures. I didn’t really take any before to compare with. I should have taken some when I was at the doctors office right before I got on the table. However, I wasn’t think about that.

3 weeks post op

Yesterday 1/4/19 made 3 weeks since I had tumescent liposuction. So far what I feel at this point is a little soreness, little swelling, numbness, stiffness and hardness in my abdomen. I had 3 lymphatic massages already. On this coming Monday 1/7/19, I will be getting what they all a liposuction massage (I little more aggressive). What I have taken to help me is arnica pills, burdock capsules, redroot (liquid) and bromelain capsules. I also drink a lot of ginger tea made from scratch with ginger root. These are all homeopathic and should help the body to naturally heal. I have not yet started to exercise, because, I am very anxious about hurting myself. So, far I am please with my results and will be posting some after pictures for you guys to see.

ORIGINAL POST

Tumesent lipo

I work our very hard and was having difficulty loosing belly fat. I have 3 children 19, 6 and 4 years old. I decided to get tumescent lipo because it was done by local anesthesia and it seems less invasive. If your planning on getting tumescent lipo in one area you can probably return to regular activities in two days as recommended. I had it don’t on my upper and lower abdomen, my flank and bra strap. I took 7 day off fro work. I needed it. Today is day 4 and I am still feeling pain more so around my lower abdomen and belly button area. So far I love my results. I see my doctor for a follow up on the 6th day which is this coming Thursday. Friday I am scheduled for a lymphatic massage. I have been taking, arnica to help with internal bruising. Will post some pictures later.
