Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

2+ year review.
I wrote a long 2 year review and it was deleted.
So a summary is taking place the 2nd time around:
-Happy with my results so far.
- Gained a few pounds, weight in photo is 190lbs.
- I gain weight in my upper body first ( back, arms, boobs, and shoulder area)
- Considering a MMO in the next 2 years for a tummy tuck, breast reduction and lift ( but only after I lose 20lbs first)
-After my 1st 5 lbs of weight lost I began to lose weight from my upper body then my stomach first, my legs stay the same.
And there you have it....any questions?

The honeymoon is over...
I'm officially 7 weeks and 2 days out. I'm so over the recovery, my results are not perfect, but better. Still have pain and swelling in my back especially after a extensive workout session. The pain I feel in my back is comparable to a migraine headache, better yet a hang over. The kind that when you move from one side to the next, you can feel an intense amount of pressure shift on the side you're leaning onto. Oh, let's not forget the pain you feel if a corner of fabric ( bath towel, wash cloth or bra strap) hit your liposuction area, it feels like you are being jabbed with a pencil. The weired this is I can rub, clean and even scratch the area but let my bra strap hit my back when I remove it...and I'm ready to DIE. I have started getting the nerve shocks, and there management, I find my self pushing on the area as I experience the shock, and that lessen the severity.
My weight fluctuates with swelling on a daily between 177-179lbs. Over all I'm pretty soft, however I still have a few hard spots that I massage daily. As I continue to heal, im noticing loose skin in my lower back bra roll, and abdomen, not to mention my stretchmarks are prominent then before. To help aid with those issues I've decided to and have been using the following items: Palmers Coco Butter, Raw Shea Butter, Bio Oil and Jergens firming lotion. I have purchased a Dema Roller as well (1.5mm ) and will use it next weeks, once a month for the rest of the year with the above lotions, oils and butters.
I'm out of my Faja now as of a week ago and wear a waist training for 8-10 hours a day (for the next 6 weeks) and a compression top at night. I started working out again 2 weeks ago. I must say that it feel weird doing certain exercises, so....I listen to my body and modify some of the works in my program or use alternate ones.
I want to stress, I DO NOT suggesting you do what I'm doing, I'm just sharing my experience. I Also would like to mention that if given the chance to do it all over again as of today I would NOT. I DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND my doctor. Not a fan of being manplained, talked at, or having a delayed response time post or pre lipo and that's the energy and vibe this office offers.
I wish you all both ladies and gents the best of health and expedite recovery. I pride myself in being open and honest with a quick reply time. If you have any questions or would like to see a close up of my stretchmarks and loose skin and derma roller updates please and comment below.
***Make sure you hit that HELPFUL but, it you found this update useful.
Till then see you all at 3 months check up.

Just checking in.
Trust the process, follow doctor orders, wear your compression, drink plenty of water, eat healthy and start moving.
Not sure if you all are reading all my post, however I did lymphatic massage the very next day, I had 9 painful sessions and I'm now wearing a slightly tighter compression then my 1st 3 weeks. I self massage 2 times a day for 15-20 mins with arnica cream and a Martha Stewart rolling pin, and I'm almost completely soft.
I must admit my results are not perfect, but a huge improvement. Doc suggested a revision, not sure I can do it again. I started working out again at on April 25th to improve my results. I have 10-15 pounds to lose by August then on to stretch or weight training aka "TONE UP" as most women like to say...and boy I'm I looking forward to the journey. As of now It's an improvement that I can live with.
I must say I'm constantly looking at before and after pictures on my bad days, constantly reminding myself.... Progress over Perfection.
At 8 weeks I'm going replace my CG with a waist trainer for 8 to 10 hours a day and a compression top at night for 3 to 4 months. I've been doing research on derma rolling, and at 3 months I'm gonna incorporate that into my regimen, for stretchmarks and loose skin.
DISCLAIMER, I REPEAT.. D I S C L A I M E R, I'm not suggesting this to anyone I'm just sharing my results and plans.
If you all find my reviews helpful make sure you select the HELPFUL link at the bottom of the post. I make a conscious effort to reply to everyone with in 3 days as I record my journey.
