Tumescent liposuction - scarring visible above my pants line

Dr Zubowicz's partner, Dr Rudderman, didn't complete the agreed upon areas of liposuction. Ten months later, the office manager said Dr Zubowicz would do an in house revision. On the day of the procedure, AFTER they have me take a Xanax and pain pill, they asked me if someone could observe the procedure. I said yes while drugged. It seems like this other man was being trained an Dr Zubowicz was doing one side and this other man was doing the other. I never would have agreed to this prior or sober. I left the procedure feeling dizzy. I walked all the way to the car dizzy. Later that night I got up to use the restroom. I was in excruciating pain and was not given any pain pills! As a result of the pain and procedure, I blacked out an fell. I broke my front tooth off, damaged my other front tooth requiring a root canal and now a dental implant, busted my chin open, and suffered a concussion. I was taken to the emergency room via ambulance. I suffer from ptsd and am no medication and really lost 6-9 months of life because I felt too bad to function and was trying to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. I have ptsd and have to take medication daily. I asked Dr Zubowicz and Dr Rudderman for a refund to use that money towards all my medical and dental expenses and they would not work with me at all and said no. I was not able to charge it back because of the amount of time that had passed. I spent a long time waiting for results and never would have thought this practice would be so horrendous. This has been absolutely horrible to live through. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Note that I had multiple other procedures with Dr Rudderman in the past as well as friends and family I referred to him. I was also a regular at the med spa at his office. And was given too botched procedures and no help after. All that and the results left terrible scarring visible above my pants line and an indention above my belly butting, ruined front teeth and ptsd!
