8.5 weeks, no progress

8.5 weeks post opp, haven’t made much progress. So I’m getting nervous feeling as though I didn’t make the right decision BUTTT I’ll “trust the process”. They’re saying I’ll see more results at 3 months. Will update soon.

Thanks! Pain wise I feel fine nothings hurts. Now I'm just getting anxious to see better results.

You look great just had 360 on the 13th still swollen my flank fat still flaps crying my eyes out I thought that would be gone
It will just give it time, I didn't start seeing real results until my 3rd massage. My massage therapist says I still have a ways to go and the results will be ever better then what they are now.
How are things coming along?
Still going good, having good and back swelling days.
