The Beginning - Tulsa, OK

Ok so I received my 2nd kid Saturday 5/21 and I was too excited but I knew that I had to calm my nerves down and get myself together to do them correctly this time. (Although I thought I had done them perfectly fine the first time). So on Sunday 5/22 I went ahead...I did my bottom two impressions and one on the top. As I was about to do the last impression the putty got SO hard that by the time I put it in my mouth it felt like I was trying to bite a rubber ball. So I emailed them Sunday night explaining of what had happened and told them that I was still going to go ahead and mail the 2nd kid.
No response from them that same night...which is understandable. Today 5/23 I received an email letting me know that they are very sorry for what had happened to go ahead and mail my kit and I would get another kit free this time ( they have me a code). I had some questions so I decided to call them. I did and first they couldn't my name on their system, and when I finally was able to speak with someone he was nice at the beginning and then towards the end while explaining my situation he laughed with a sarcastic tone telling me to just wait, let them receive my next impressions and we will go from there. So yeah this is where I am.....

Well at first I saw the add from Instagram... after looking through the reviews and all I decided to give it a try. I sent my assessment pictures that same day (4/16/16) and received an email on Monday (4/18) letting me know that some of my pictures needed to be retaken....now that was the fun part. I sent them and it took about 3-4 more days to review them and I received another email (4/22) letting me know that I was approved and the next step was for them to send me the kit ($95) to my home address. I agreed and it took them around a week and a half to receive the kit. I sent it the next business day (I seem to have gotten all my stuff on Friday which was no fun because I had to wait another 2 days) so yeah I sent them and I received an email 4 days later telling me that my impressions needed to be retaken. I was bummed out that my process was taking longer than the expected. I paid the ($45) retake kit and now I am still waiting for that kit to arrive. Most likely I will be re-reading EVERTYHING and taking extra time doing it. I though I had done it correctly but it seems like I did not. Although don't get me wrong emailing them has been quite easy and they have answered my questions within 24hr I just don't like the fact that I have to wait soooo long.
