It's been 5 weeks today. I'm slowly not wearing...
It's been 5 weeks today. I'm slowly not wearing my binder but wondering if that's a good idea. By the end of the day I'm so soar and swollen... also my boobs have dropped a little more than I would have liked but maybe I just had unrealistic expectations about how high they would stay. They still look so much better but I wish they were not so natural looking. The Dr. has me not wearing any bra as often as I can and I'm wondering if that's contributing to them falling... They look amazing in a swimsuit though! I'll post a new pic. if any of you have any advice on dealing with all this swelling let me know. I just can't kick it! In the mornings I look amazing! by the end of the day I look like a mushroom My sides swell so bad! Overall I'm still very pleased and I feel a little better everyday!! I've been working out. Just riding the bike and doing squats, lunges, step ups, bicep curls and tricep kick backs. Feels good to sweat a little! Hope you are all doing well!

Well I'm 4 weeks today! I have to say that things a better every day! It's amazing how much I have healed in a month. I'm still super swollen but starting today I get to stop wearing the binder. I wore some spanx to work today because I'm so scared to go without. I wish I had more confidence that I'll be ok without it. I'm thinking I'll try without it for a few hours and try to build up to a day.
