Hey everyone! I am still swollen around waist and lower tummy but I am also seeing a lot of improvement. I am still wearing my waist trainer and spanx. Eating healthier and doing light exercises. Can't wait for final results! Here are some more pics!

I went to Dr. Bryan Whitlock at Whitlock Cosmetic Center. Dr. Whitlock and his staff is very courteous and was always available to answer any of my questions. I felt really comfortable and Dr. Whitlock has great bedside manners. He wasn't in a rush and sat down to answer all of my questions. I did not feel pressured and he have suggestions to improve my overall appearance. His nurse KaiLynn and the office manager Alicia went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! I really appreciate their help and have already referred a few friends to them.

I cannot tell you how bad I needed to see this. I am 8 days post op and I feel like your day 9. I prayed and logged o hoping I would see someone in a similar situation and here you were. This was truly a blessing. I keep telling myself the same God who created the mountains, glaciers, heavens and earth has sculpted me a new body, It;s hard staying positive when the mirror shows different but this helped more than you know!!

Awh...I am so glad I helped you. I was getting discouraged b/c I was thinking no one was reading it or experiencing what I was going through. I thought my doctor did something wrong but today I tried on about 20 dresses and I was amazed at how good I looked and how smoothe my dresses fit. And also they were all a size 6!! Now I am working on losing about 10-15 pounds to get my arms and thighs smaller.

And I love that statement! God please sculpt me a new body in your own image and to my liking! I had a friend that had this same surgery 4 days ago and she looks amazing! Way better than I did on day 4. Lol! But I did have a hernia repair also which I think caused more swelling. Hang in there, results will come soon after the 2nd week.

just curious, because we're about the same surgery date, do you still have unevenness, almost like wavy looking the ab area?

I did but it's getting better. I started wearing a waist trainer and that seemed to help. Also, I am trying to massage the area b/c I am feeling lumps kind of like scar tissue. That seems to help also. Did you get any massages afterwards? I didn't and I think I probably should have. My doctor told me it wasn't necessary.

I didn't get massage after, also because PS said it wasn't necessary. I do massage the area myself. if you look at my abs from front, it looks ok, not great, but okay. side view is crazy though

Ask your doctor if he can provide you the pics he took before your surgery and take some current ones to compare. It may be better once you see the pictures. Good luck on your journey!

Today felt like a fat day! I felt like their was no results etc! The swelling is still up and down. Got a long way to go! Would recommend anyone doing this to diet and eat as clean as possible! I haven't really been like I should and I can tell on my bad days b/c I bloat really bad! Today makes 9 days post op. Can't wait to start working out again! Getting the stitches removed on in a couple of days and then I will start wearing a waist trainer. The garment I wore from the surgery center has gotten too big and not as tight fitting so I will start to wear the spanx along with the waist trainer once my stitches are removed. It's very uncomfortable right now b/c the stitches stick. Overall very pleased with back and bra area but my stomach is still swollen and will be last to heal...considering I had a hernia repair also. Wish me luck! 5 weeks til Jamaica!
