I have been thinking about getting BA since a teenager. I've never had full breasts, always been somewhat saggy. Two kids later and they don't look too great. I'm not unhappy with my body but looking forward to having perky, full breasts for the first time in my life. I'm 5'3 140 lbs and currently a 36 B/C. Hoping for a full C/small D. I'm finding that I am obsessing over the size, like so many others on here. My worst fear is that they turn out too big for my frame. Planning to go with 390cc Saline and want a very natural look. My broad shoulders allows me to have a larger implant wo looking too large. Surgery date is March 11th. First couple weeks after making the decision was an emotional roller coaster. Finally starting to get excited and not second guess it. Hoping recovery isn't too bad. This site has been awesome for me, to have others to relate to the experience. Thanks all for your reviews!

Thanks for sharing your story! In addition to member comments, you should be able to find a lot of information in the Q&A and Forum areas of the community about implant size, type, post-op recovery, etc. Here's a video about how to choose the appropriate size for your frame. This video: <rs-video-player video='{"id":"16","external_id":"2940654143001","uri":"video\/how-to-make-breast-implant-rice-sizers"}'></rs-video-player> shows how to make sizers out of rice so you can try out the various sizes at home, which is pretty cool.

Surgeon had a cancellation so I went in this morning at 8a for 9a surgery. Was very nervous sp glad I got it done a day early. All went well. Ready for anesthesia to be out of my system. Have felt loopy all day. Also feeling pretty anxious. Been taking ambien for the past couple weeks to help sleep and tonight I can't take it due to all the other meds in my system. Hoping hydrocodone and flexeril will help me sleep. Any feedback is appreciated as Im pretty anxious at this point.

Well I went to the doctor this morning, said all is looking good. Pain is minimal. Stopped taking hydrocodone due to not liking how it made me feel. Just doing tylenol now and flexeril as needed. Hope this anxiety dies down quick.

Good luck with your recovery. Here's some opinions from others one day post-op from the Q&A area of the community. You might find it helpful to take a look at this and the Forum. Do you have anyone helping out at home?

That's great that your feeling minimal pain already that is awesome to hear! Are you wearing a surgical bra? If so, will your ps order you to go bra less for a while until they start to drop?
March 15, 2015
Yes, I am in the bra for a month. Its actually very comfortable. Even when its off for washing, I am supposed to wear a sports bra. I will go back tmrw and get massaging instructions, if needed. They have actually settled a little already.

How are you doing? How's the anxiety? I experienced my first kundalini yoga class. It was a little odd at first, but once I was done...i could not believe hiw much my soul had opened. The instructor said repeat "victory" over and over while taking deep breaths. Because when you lose, your soul wins! Victory!!!

Oh, I need to try kundalini! I have heard great things. Anxiety is sooo much better. I think getting those meds out of my system was the ticket.
