Hey guys!
All the females in my family are flat chested, with the exception of my sister who has a bit of breast tissue. Growing up, I always wanted to have boobs. I pretty much have been researching getting breast implants thoroughly since I was 14. If there is a medical research paper out there on breast implants- I have read it from beginning to end.
I absolutely did not think I needed to get implants, but I did know that I would be more confident in my skin if I had them. Both of my parents have been highly supportive of my decision to get them.
Today, June 14, I got 250cc mentor gel high profile implants. Because I have little to no breast tissue to begin with, being small chested has always been part of my identity. I did not want to lose that when I got implants so I opted for going smaller rather than larger. My mom had posed this question to me "Would you be more upset if you ended up too big or too small?". For me, I would be more upset if I ended up too big.
I live an active lifestyle and enjoy extreme sports, so I cannot fathom having a cosmetic issue like boobs getting in the way of living a full life.
I had two consultations with Dr. Ratliff. At the first consult, I tried the sizers on and had decided with 400cc UHP. About a week following that initial consult, I scheduled another consult. I wanted to be sure that 400cc was the size I wanted. I had to remind myself of the key things I was wanting: no upper pole fullness, not very big boobs, and low viscosity. I decided to go with 250 cc, my next available option within my 10.5 BWD. As of now, I do not regret this decision. My mother also has implants, with a 10.5 BWD and 340cc saline implants. I have a smaller frame and ribcage than her, and if I were to choose 400cc I have no doubt that they would look bigger on me than they do on my mother- and judging from the size of hers I do not want to go that big.
The surgery went great! The only issue I had was putting the IV in. The first vein didn't work, and then I psyched myself out when they tried it again. I got pretty spacey, dark vision, and my ears were ringing. I do not like needles. Thankfully the second one worked. The next painful thing was feeling the anesthetic enter through my IV. It burned and made my mouth taste horrible. Once again, I got 250cc high profile gel implants, under the muscle, and with a crease incision.
I barely remember waking up. My mom watched how they wrapped me up and got my instructions for me. I rode home with my parents. I live about 2 hours away so I napped on the way home.
As of now, roughly 7 hours after surgery I feel pretty good under the circumstances! I will be taking pictures of my boobs when I take off my wrappings here in a bit. For now, I attached pictures of my before look and how I look wrapped up. I am 5'6", 120 lbs, and have a 10.5 BWD. I'm a bit overweight for my usual right now.
Note: I rated the surgery "not sure" just because I want to wait a bit to see how my results turn out. So far- I do not have any complaints!

I am also choosing the 250 cc implants. At least I think I am. I have my surgery scheduled for October. Could you post some post-op pictures?
Hey girl I am currently looking for a surgeon for my breast also and I am also flat chested! Any update on how your experience was with dr. Greg Ratliff

I am about the same measurement as you. It's day Post op day 5 and I feel a lot of tightness and pressure. My breast are high are really want them to drop. My doctor says it's because of how small I am and how little breast tissue I had.
I hope you are feeling great!
