Dr M is real, honest and upfront. He will tell you if your expectations are unrealistic. His bedside manner is great. He sat down with my fiend while I was waking from surgery and explained everything to her and also about what she needed to do for me the next 24 hours. He will answer all your questions straight forward. This is my second time around but I had a post op the next day after surgery at 8am before his first surgery and I have another one in three days. I did have to wait an hour later than expected on my surgery date. This was due to him finishing up a previous patient. I cannot fault him for that because things happen in surgeries and sometimes they take longer. I would not want him to rush anyone out just tonget to the next patient, including me lol. The office staff were always nice and brought me water. I ended up getting a major discount because I was a second timer and also I paid in cash full. I will say he is not CHEAP by any means, but when it comes down to it you pay for what you get. I was happy to pay the ammount because I had full confidence and trust in him knowing what I wanted.
