On 8/1/2015 I commenced a lifestyle change in both diet and exercise. My goal was to drop about 12 pounds. I had already lost 8 pounds by 9/14/15 when I started a series of 5 Vanquish treatments with Dr. Christopher Maloney's office. My goal was to lose stubborn abdomen fat. Vanquish absolutely worked for me. By 10/12/15 I lost another 4 1/2 pounds, dropped my Body Fat from 31.6% to 29.5% and waist measurement from 35 1/4" to 32 1/2." The reduction in fat around my entire abdominal area was amazing, and what was even more so -- it continued to melt off post-treatment leaving me with a total weight loss of 25 pounds by 12/31/15! I am proof positive that Vanquish does work IF one is fully compliant with treatment protocol, and adheres to a healthy diet and exercise program. The latter was crucial to my success with Vanquish. Now, 7 months later, my weight loss of 25 pounds has remained and that stubborn abdominal fat is GONE for good. Today, my waist measure is 27 1/2" -- that is a 7 3/4" reduction, and my Body Fat is 28.5%. ABSOLUTELY THRILLED is how I would describe my experience with Vanquish at Dr. Maloney's office.
