Every thing was explained, what the Dr. would be doing and he made me feel comfortable and I could trust him. His nurses where wonderful.. all of his staff made me feel like they had known me for years. Dr. Lo and all of his staff are wonderful. Very professional, caring, and friendly. I chose Dr. Lo after researching many Drs. I kept comming back to his web site and and finely made the call for a appointment, so glad I did. What I wish I knew beforehand? this is surgery,,,, be prepaired to do exactally what the Dr. tells you to do for the best outcome.
