At 52 I want to look just a little younger. Dr Arinna at Tula Wellness recommended the PRP treatment. After reading some of the reviews her, I purchased a 3 treatment package. Today was my first. Two days ago I started taking Bromaline and ester-c to help with bruising and swelling. Last night I took Arnica for the first time ever as it helps with swelling. Warning! If you have any digestion issues, DO NOT take Arnica. I spent the night vomiting, and googled Arnica side effects and found it should not be used by anyone with stomachs problems. But despite being nauseas I still wanted the PRP. So if I look a little ill in the pics, that is why!
The procedure went well. They put the numbing gel on my face and drew blood. After the numbing gel took effect she put he platelets on my face and began the micro-needling. Only mild discomfort, mainly on the less fleshy area. It tickle on he nose and we had to stop so I could sneeze! After the micro-needling was done she began injecting the remaining platelets to m marionette-lines, and under my eyes, areas we had decided needed the most work. That was the mot painful part, but no terrible.
Afterwards my face felt tight, with a mild burning that ice packs relieved. Definite redness an swelling. 6 hours later it is slightly red ( like a sunburn) and mild swelling. I have not put on makeup , but if I I'd I would or feel like a freak going out in public.
Will update again on.

Redness has abated significantly. I have several little red pinpricks all over my face from the microneedling. Still have some swelling, mainly around the mouth, where most of the platelets were injected. I like the slight improvement under my eyes... it may just be swelling ( but doesn't feel swollen) .
This morning I used Skin medica ceramatide cream and sunscreen. Will put on makeup later but took the pic without so it more clearly shows the aftermath of the PRP.

Swelling gone, still a few little red marks. The areas underneath my eyes seem improved. So far I am pleased.

Did you get any improvement? Doctors are pushing this procedure in my area but I'm waiting to see results.
