Around the time I was 15 I realized my nipples were abnormally large. One breast is larger than the other and both are significantly "saggy". Would it be wiser to get a nipple reduction or breast implants and/or lift? I'm extremely self-concious about my breasts and therefore struggle a lot with body positivity and self-esteem. Any advice will be accepted.

Your best bet would be a surgical lift. At the same time, the surgeon could reduce the size of your nipples. You may wish to have one reduced to match sizes or get a smaller implant in one and larger in the other to balance out. Your breasts are beautiful, btw. With or without surgery, you look great. Rock a push up bra in the meantime.

Agree with chichiladyyu, I think if you went the route to go with inplants to even out the fill of each breast your areolae would look really proportionate.

I hope it's okay fo me to add some male perspective. "Saggy" breasts are normal and aren't something that need correction. Same thing with being different sizes, it's normal and doesn't need correction. You have very similar breasts and nipples as my wife and she was very self-aware when we were first married. Personally I'm more attracted to her sexually because of her large areolas and I actually LIKE that her breasts are different sizes because it's like I get to choose which I prefer on each occasion. I think nipple reductions, implants or lifts are best saved for those instances when something is dangerous to health or appears grotesque. Your breasts appear perfectly healthy and beautiful. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

This actually made me cry so much cause I have the same boobs as this girl and I've suffered with body insecurity since I got them and I've had a boyfriend for 9 months now and I've never been able to take my bra off with him cause I'm so scared he's not going to like them. I know he won't leave me or anything but it's just really hard to disappoint someone you love and I really hope that the day I get the courage to take my bra off he'll have ur same opinion. Thanks for being helping me with my insecurity .
