Laser hair removal is the best thing ever. If you are on the fence, do it!!!!! Check Groupon to get amazing deals!!! Just make sure the place is quality by reading reviews. Be smart! Good reviews are essential. I check Groupon and read up on the company on google and yelp.

Laser hair removal is amazing!
I have done almost nine treatments on my legs because I got a second Groupon and it was such a good deal! I really don't have to shave at all any more. Maybe ten little hairs grow here and there around my knees that I could shave once a month. I'm so happy I did this. My spots are so much less noticeable and my legs feel amazing.

How long does it take in total to do laser? I mean how many months? I know they say to do it in winter so by summer you can wear shorts but it seems it takes more than a few months because of all the time in between sessions. Also, after you do all your sessions do you have to keep going in every couple of months/ years? I know some people who always go back after a couple of months which I thought was weird because usually after all of your treatments (6-9) you are finished and can go in for touchups yearly.

I had six treatments about 5-6 weeks apart and have almost no regrowth (just a few around the knee). In total it will take about eight months so it is certainly achievable by next summer. I could go back for 1-2 more sessions but the "stragglers" are hardly noticeable and can be taken care of every couple weeks with a few swipes of a razor. I highly recommend this service and can't even remember what it was like to have to shave.

A month after my third treatment
Laser hair removal is worth it if for nothing else than having perfectly smooth legs for months and months. This picture is about a month after my third treatment. My legs looks less spotty but mostly they are just so soft and not hairy at all. After ten weeks the hair starts coming back in and I go get another treatment. I'm hoping that this time the hair doesn't really come back in after the ten weeks. We will see!

Good to know, thanks for the update! I have always hated the little black dots that are on my lower legs even after I shave. Not sure if you even had those but if you did, did the laser get rid of those too?

I do have those. Always have. They aren't gone yet but it's better for sure. I seriously hope they will go away eventually.

I went to affordable laser in Tucson. It's on Kolb. Not sure which laser they use.
