I am completely satisfied with the results of the upper eyelid work. It was a great value, and has given me a lot of happiness. We will age, and we can never truly get a fountain of youth, but something as simple as droopy eyelids can help you to feel and look better. I may want to do something else in the future, but between my budget and the general feeling that there is truth to the idea of "less is more" it is hard to say just what and when.

Thank you! Yes that 's what I wanted to see. Looks like it was done very well. I am trying to understand what happened with my surgery. It looks ok from the front with makeup, very similar to yours, but when I close my eyes at all or even lean my head back, my lids look like big clam shells, ping pong balls, gold balls, whatever round object you can substitute, lol. Looking. At your photo, I would say they excised 5 mm or so of skin. My surgeon excised 10-13 mm, looks like about double as high an incision as yours. Im making a "surprised" face now daily to stretch my upper lids. I cant understand why this was done to me or any woman, with no accountability.
Thanks again for posting the new pictures.

I posted this in the wrong spot, so reposti g it here where it should be.
Hi, no, I dont have pictures posted , I wish I could post some here but maybe I can send one in a Private message, Ill see if I can. My surgery was 4 months ago, but I knew something was wrong at 3 weeks. Its gotton much better than at 1 month post op, but I still can feel my lower lids and upper lids pulling when I smile and it just doesn't look quite right. Looks plastic and fake and most of all, doesnt look like me.
Ill see if I can send a pic with eyes closed, etc. Thanks

Any dryness or other changes to the way your eyes Feel since surgery? For some reason, a lot of women seem to have endless post op "issues".

No. I am out a little over 3 months now and I can't say that I have had any changes or dryness. At first the sensation in my lids along the lash line was weird, but I had been told to expect that and in time it would resolve, which it did.

If you had dry eye you'd know it~ the eye itself, not the lid or suture site, feels gritty or like there just isn't enough lubrication. He did a great aesthetic job. He's not an eye specialist nor is he even really a facial specialist (most all of his reviews are for breast or MMakeovers) but you look great!!!!

Thanks, I am very happy. It is strange to me that so many of his reviews are just breast reviews. Within the past year I saw two other doctors and a few years before that two more - a total of five including Dr. Case. He is the only one who had a sizeable collection of actual patient photos of his eye work. I have talked with two people who knew someone who had their eyes done with him. I also encountered a recent recipient of upper and lower in his office during a visit. For some reason the breast people seem to be more vocal!

Maybe breast aug patients are just more predisposed to "sharing"?!?

Quick question, did you do just local, local + light iv, local + deep iv sedation, or other? How was it?
