WORTH IT$2,700
I have had hooded eye lids that just kept getting worse. Over the last year they got so bad (for me) that I started looking into options. It is only Day 9 but I am happy so far! Cant wait to see my final results. I still have more than usual swelling because I caught a cold a few days ago so that is causing extra swelling in my eyes. But dr said all looks normal!
I am still recovering but figured this was a good point to start uploading pics and I will continue to post updates.

Did your doctor use dissolvable stitches or regular?

He used regular stitches. I had then in for a week.
From what I have read online, some doctors prefer it because the healing process is better. And there is no room for extra issues. Some people seem to have irritation to the stitches.

I meant I have read that some people have irritation with the dissolvable stiches. :)

Thank you! :)
And yeah I had to post good pics. Every time i was on here before my surgery, i was hoping people would post more details but couldn't find too many that had what I wanted to see. Figured I would help anyone else out wondering the same thing. :)

Welcome, and thanks very much for sharing your story. Congratulations! Your photos are awesome. Did you have any bruising at all?
Thanks for your reply :) How long did the bruising last, and did you do anything to try and help to minimise it, apart from makeup?
I took Arnica. Its a natural suppoement you can find at a whole foods store. And I kno it helped becuases i usually bruise bery easily and very dark dramatic colors! Lol But not this time. So I know it was becuase of that. They told me to start it weeks before to help better but I forgot!!!! I started it the day of surgery and it still helped.
Also, (this may be TMI but it is usedul info) you would need to take a supplement or something for digestive system. The Vicodin can cause constipation. They told me to take Bromelain which did absolutely nothing for me. So if you already know of something to help you with this just dont forget to take it regularly so you don't have issues.
I just now noticed them. Typing to fast I guess.
Awesome tips! Thanks so much for sharing!
