Between weight gain, loss, pregnancy and 4 years of breastfeeding, I have been everything from 36dd to 32b. This fluctuation has caused my breasts to sag prematurely. Now, I am at a place where I’m happy with my weight & I know I can maintain it since I’m done having kids. I’ve never really had perkey breasts before, never been able to go braless or wear revealing clothing without putting a lot of effort into the undergarments, tape etc. which has only gotten worse and worse as I’ve gotten older.
I just turned 29 and have finally gone through with a full anchor breast lift with implants. I am currently 4 days post op and I’m loving the results thus far. The scars are much less noticeable than I’ve seen on some women and I’m now off the prescribed pain meds, using just ice packs and a little tylenol.
Right now, I’m looking at them for what they’ll likely be in a couple months and I’m really excited! They look pretty even already, perky as heck and not too much bigger than what I’m hoping for. I don’t have an up to date before photo but as soon as I see my doctor for my 1 week post op, I’ll ask for the one they took. For now, here are some “after” photos.

Day 6

I very carefully tried on a couple old swimsuits and backless/cleavagy dresses today and it was so promising! I used to have to tape and stuff myself up like a turkey to wear this stuff, not anymore. And at this rate, it looks like my incisions will be pretty easy to hide, which was a huge concern of mine, of course. It’s definitely been rough not being able to go to the gym, or much of anywhere really. But being tired alll the time & the pain, which isn’t too bad at this point, is definitely proving to be worth it, so far.

Perfect size, glad everything went well. I’m planning on the same size with a lift and moderate plus, why did you go with high profile? Curious because I’m not sure what I want to do.

I’m honestly not sure! My surgeon made that decision all on his own. During my consult, he knew it’d be between two based on my frame etc. then on the operating table, he tries both on and makes the call. I had a consultation with another surgeon and he chose high profile for me as well. good luck! I’ll be following along on your journey!

actually, you just reminded me that he was pretty set on using moderate plus and the first surgeon I spoke with said the same but both surgeons said they make the call during the operation. I’ll ask my dr why he went with high profile at my follow up in a couple days.

1 week update
LiftedshiftedFebruary 8, 2018
Today marks one week since my bl & tomorrow is my follow up. I’m excited to see what my ps has to say. Today was also the first time I’ve left my house or driven since my surgery and it was probably the first day I wasn’t completely exhausted after preparing a meal or even taking a shower.
