It is with a heavy heart that I write this review update. When I went to see Dr Maloney my intention and request was to have my breast lifted, his suggestion was to put low profile mentor implants to add volume therefore I would have the breast lifted by the implant because I didn’t have as much density as I once had before breastfeeding. To make the long story short, after my first appointment I complaint about it and he offered to redo the whole thing in his office and I just had to pay for the anesthesia, but he suggested I waited a year before making a decision so I could get acquainted to having this new breast. Unfortunately, I hate the fact that now my breast is bigger and sagging at the same level of my natural breast, I don’t think I should risk getting an in office surgery of that magnitude plus lying additional anesthesia fees for something that was supposed to be done to my specifications. Furthermore, now that I have been lifting weights for over a year I am left with lots of deformities in the areas of my lyposuction, making it very hard to look at the “dents” created as a consequence of extracting fat unevenly in my gluteus area and my hamstring area. After seeing many surgeries here and that of some of my friends I question why I didn’t get advise as to when to remove dressings and so on. Take my advise and please ensure your doctor understands and agrees to do exactly what you asked for, you have that right as you are paying for their services. I feel very sad, dissatisfied and disappointed that 30 some thousand dollars after I am left with something I did not want. I wanted smaller lifted breast, now I have bigger sagging breasts, and although some people think it looks “ok” I paid for some expensive procedures that have left me scared, deformed and self conscious. Instead of feeling beautiful after all the swollen has subsided I feel horribly and broken. My first experience with him was incredible but the second time around I think our concepts were different and by going and Lypo the same areas from the previous service a couple years back, he created deformities I could probably never get to look natural again. Research, explain and get feed back to ensure your Dr understands your wants and needs, instead of assuming that their expertise is all you need to rely on.

Well is been 4 months and my breast is too big, I just wanted my breast lifted and fuller but not big! I cannot fit anything, I am a size bigger on breast and my back is not happy about it. Told the doctor and he said to give it a couple months?!?! I'm not happy at all I paid almost 13,000 and all I have is a very bad countour on my hips and thighs. Can't comprehend why, and huge breast that sag...I was expecting a one size smaller breast at least and perky. So my hips now have dents on the side of my flutes from where I got the liposuction and my breast is huge and sagging ???? I'm so afraid of going under again to get it fixed and how much it'll cost to fix the stupidity. I shouldn't have spend that money
