5 months post of. Still not much fluff but still a D cup and I've been working out pretty heavily.
One month
One month post op today. I'll be honest, I'm disappointed. Maybe I'm not being patient enough but at least the look good in a bra.. I'm still in a 32D which surprised me, and that's with no padding. Here are some pics post op.

Feeling great one week post op. Got my tape and bandages off and these are the results! I know I need to be patient and they will fluff over time.
