9 week post op

In the last month or so I had a 1 month post op visit. I mostly met with the clinical staff, who took pictures and told me to massage more aggressively. I saw the surgeon for all of about 4 minutes who mostly just told me it all looked great. So I didn't really get a chance to ask all of my questions, just commented about how they were uneven at the time. A bit annoyed that she didn't spend more time since I hadn't seen her since surgery and won't again until the 6 month visit. (The 3 month coming up in July is only with a clinical staff again).
I also went to VS and tried to get sized. When the girl asked what size I currently wore I told her I didn't know since I just got them done. She measured me standing in the door to the dressing rooms and said 32DD, which sounds great but I haven't worn a 32 in a long time. Thinking maybe they have a bit different sizing I go with it. She has me try on the tester bra and it seems comfortable, so she declares it a good fit. I manage to find a few bras I like out there in the zoo and decide 2 of them fit well enough to buy. After further inspection I'm wondering if they don't fit as well as they should since there's a gap between the breasts. I'm going to try a department store in the next week or two here and see what I get there.

3 weeks post op

I was so busy this last week I never got around to posting my 3 week update. I finally got the last of the stitch out on Friday so that is nice. Not sure how hard I should have tried but it's done now. Still feel soreness under the right breast so not sure if I need to stretch or what. It also limits my arm movements when I try to raise that arm straight up. Hopefully this gets better as that one drops. I did wear some of the pasties out as I wore a dress with no bra but didn't want the nips to be too obvious. I go for my 1 month post op tomorrow and I'll actually see the surgeon so I have to remember all my questions for her. I plan to ask if she could have fit a 450 in there just so I know. And obviously I'll ask about the soreness/pain. I assume that since my stitches are all out I can start the scar treatment.

2 weeks

Finally getting a chance to upload the 2 week post op photos. I think my incisions are doing pretty well, still a bit of the suture in them at the end. They're definitely coming down at different rates. I feel like I have full mobility in my left but my right arm occasionally feels numb if I raise it too high. I'm assuming that's some of the muscle adjusting. Still sleeping on my back because the side still puts a lot of pressure on them. I feel like my right rib is bruised below the breast, as it's frequently sore. The office said I can start scar treatment if my incisions are healed so I'm not sure exactly when that will be. Hopefully soon? I have my one month follow up in about 10 days so I'll get to ask all the questions of the actual surgeon then.
