I always had a b cup and I really wanted large boobs or an augmentation . I was self conscious in high school about the fact that I had pointier shaped breasts and puffy nipple (which I here are ideal for breast feeding). In my 20s I realized my breasts were quite pretty in comparison to a lot of people but around age 29 gravity started taking its course and my asymmetry was defiantly getting more noticeable. One of my breast is lower ms smaller. The shape also started getting more tubular of this. After researching and considering breast augmentation for over two years I was referred to Dr. Nelson by a woman with very natural looking augmentation so I went on for a consult. I sleazy wore a 34 b but about 6 months ago realized I have a wide rib cage and needed a 36 band. The doctor confirmed I have 14.5 wide sheet which is quite large for someone my size. I also ha e 36" hips and a large butt so my boobs never really matched. In a 36B I was a barely B but if I wore a 34 I would be a large B and if I wore a 32 band I would probably be a small C. Needless to say 36 and even sometime 38 bras never fit properly. I decide I really just wanted to even my self out, fix the asymmetry and improve the shape without getting g really big boobs. I tried 300-400 cc silicone and I wanted closer to 300 but since I have that wide rib cage I needed closer to a 350. 400 cc jut felt so heavy in hand when I was looking at sizes. I ended up getting 350 and 375 cc moderate plus silicone today. I'll update with recovery because I was terrified to go under anesthesia and have surgery.

Day of surgery

I think the worse part of surgery day was the prepping and waiting in the prep area that and the soar and irritated throats you get from having a breathing tube down your throat. . I was pretty anxious mostly about having to go under although I didn't let it show. The nurses and anesthesiologist were great in informing me and assuring me that I had slim to none risk of issues with anesthesia. I'm sensitive to mess and they gave me a nausea path, and anti nausea in my IV so that seemed to help. The cocktail they gave me to start the relaxation process seems to k pick me out even before the gas mask went on. Apparently when I woke up I immediately lty asked for my mom but I same out of it very easily and was pretty normal and not loopy at all. I had read the ride home would hurt because of bumps in the road but it didn't hurt a bit. I'm really sensitive and seem to recover from things a lot longer than others but I do have high pain tolerance and compared to dental pain and trauma I have dealt with this wasn't bad at all. I was also told I would be loopy and tired on the mess but I was super chatty and talked my poor moms ear off and then decided to write these review since I didn't feel like sleeping . I can use my arms a little bit and was told to walk around every few hours so this far it really hasn't been as bad as I anticipated. The only sore part of my body, aside from the sore throat is my sternum. Seems like an odd spot but it's really soar in between my breasts mainly when I breath . I highly suggest you know how to properly breathe through your diaphragm before getting this procedure. I'm also eating just fine and no nausea probably thanks to the nausea patch I was given behind my ear that I keep on for 3 days. I even get motion sickness so I was glad to get that patch. I suppose I expected the worse today but I read that day two sucks more that the first day so I will update soon.

I am definitely in more pain today it it's still only about a 5 or 6 on the pain scale and that's when I'm moving around. Jut sitting it's about a 2. I just can get over how much less painful this is than I was expecting . I have a ugh pain tolerance but m also alway sensitive to meds. I am taking an antibiotic, muscle relaxer and pain pill and all the nurses and pharmacist said they would make me really sleepy and dizzy etc. I'm not at all and I'm usually a big sleeper. My mom joked and said are you taking speed ? Tomorrow I can remove my ace bandages to shower and reply see how I look so far.
