45 Year Old That Needed a Revised Breast Lift with Implants, Lipo of Abs and Flanks

I had breast lift with implants done over 10 years ago. The results were not that great. I wanted to have something done but was not excited about having surgery again. My old implants started hurting on the sides when I would lay down or exercise so I knew it was time to do something about it. I went to many doctors for consultations and actually scheduled with another surgeon. But in the back of my mind I kept thinking of Dr. Taki. He answered every question and concern during my initial consultation. His approach was a little more aggressive than the other doctor suggested but that is what was needed to make my breast what I really and truly wanted. I knew I needed to go with Dr. Taki. I'm still very swollen and sore but I can see when they heal I will be perfect. My husband is already calling me Perky!!! Lol! I also had lipo done on my abdomen and flanks and I can finally see the waist line that I have been working hard to get in the gym but couldn't quite get.

I guess I should outline my journey. I had a lift and implant surgery a little over 10 years ago. My surgeon at the time did not reduce my areola at the time of my surgery. He placed saline implants in and I really don't remember the cc's but all of the bras that I purchased were 36DD. When my original surgery was done I did not have the resources available now but I guess I thought they looked great. Especially after breastfeeding 3 children for 1 year each!

So Dr. Taki thought it would be best to basically drain the saline from my implants 2 weeks prior to my surgery to one get an idea of approximately how many cc's I currently had but also to shrink my breast pocket to make it easier to do my new lift. He drained out about 360cc's from each side so he figured the current implant was about 380cc's or so. I got to tell you it was very strange walking around for 2 weeks with 2 flat tires but I knew it was for the best.
