Hate my outcome completely . I had slight (doctor said himself) size difference in my beasts because one was "mildly tubular," well I asked specifically for my main objective being fullness under the nipple.... Or actual round boobs. Because with tubular shaped, you don't see any roundness or fullness beneath the nipple and I got exactly what I DIDNT want. I now have odd top heavy square and hard boobs, with nipples at the very bottom still with no fullness of roundness underneath. I couldn't be more disappointed or feel like I wasted the money, time and pain more than I have since the surgery. Worst decision ever and unfortunately, the doctor is unsympathetic saying they look "o.k." That I could maybe use a lift later (why wouldn't he recommend that to begin with)? When I express my depression about how they look I'm simply dismissed, doesn't seem like they care about their patients satisfaction. I'm sitting here writing this over a year later after two other "I'm concerned and unhappy" appointments because it's still on my mind every single time I see myself naked .

I'm so sorry about your disappointment and poor outcome. I'm kind of surprised, especially regarding the doctor's unsympathetic attitude. There are so many excellent reviews about Dr. Maloney. I have never been to him yet, but have been thinking of going to him for a partial face lift and some eyelid work.

I am sorry you are unhappy and feel you were treated poorly my myself and my team. Tubular breasts and asymmetry are the hardest things a plastic surgeon has to address when dealing with breast surgery. We discuss all available options with everyone in your situation including the option of performing a breast lift as part of the correction for a tubular breast. In some cases it is safer to perform the augmentation and mastopexy as two different procedures. I would love to see you back and discuss all of your options. My team and I pride ourselves in communicating with our patients and we work hard to achieve the best results possible. Please come back and see us at no charge and we are happy to work with you to achieve your desired results.
