3 months update

Three months have passed and now I feel better about my result. I stoped thinking 'I should have gone bigger" and loved the natural look. Maybe in some years if they need revision I would choose a slightly bigger (320-330) and maybe high profile to have some more upper pole fullness. Generally I think there is a misconception about high profile and natural look. My doctor said that a high profile would look fake so I chose the mod+ but after seeing many other results, a high profile can also look natural and more full without seem extremely fake. (If you have some thick tissue) So be sure your vision of natural to be the same as your doctor's as it may not mean the same .

275cc , Moderate Plus+ , Under Muscle

I have already two months since I got operated and I am not sure if I like the result. I got 275cc moderate plus mentor implants as my doctor suggested for my occasion and I would probably go bigger but he said I wouldn't have the result I wanted in shape because of my before. What do you think? I would be grateful if you are honest!

Good evening! After years of insecurity and discomfort due to my small and tuberous breasts, I finally decided to go through with the surgery I had dreamed of for so long. I spent a lot of time researching, and I must say it was a very confusing process since the three different doctors I consulted all had different opinions on what needed to be done to my breasts.

First, regarding the areola. One doctor told me he wouldn’t touch it at all because I’m young, and it could affect breastfeeding. Another said it might not even be necessary and that he would decide during the surgery. The third told me that it definitely needed correction; otherwise, the result would be, as he put it, “horrific.”

Second, about the technique. The first and third doctors suggested placing the implants under the muscle, while the second suggested over the muscle, saying I have thicker skin and that it would look more natural that way.

Third, there was disagreement about the size my chest could accommodate. Two doctors told me that since I have wide shoulders and I’m tall, I could go up to 350cc. However, the third was adamant that with tuberous breasts, no implant larger than 275cc could be used due to the risk of double bubble deformity and the recurrence of the tuberous shape.

In the end, I decided to go with the third doctor, as he seemed the most experienced with this specific deformity. I am now one month and two weeks post-op and remain unsure about whether I like the result or not. I would have definitely liked a larger size, but I don’t know if that would have been feasible given my “before.”

So, I am sharing photos from my entire post-op journey up until now, and I would be truly grateful to hear an honest opinion about the result, even if it’s negative, or any observations you might have. Also, if anyone has any relevant experience with tuberous breasts, I would love to hear about it!
