It has been exactly a week. I can’t really tell how they will look but so far I am happy.
I posted pictures of myself before the surgery and multiple doctores told me that because of my shape I should have gone for an incision in the aureole but I decided to trust my doctor (Ennis - boca Raton-FL ).
This post is mostly for my experience of the feeling.
The first 3-4 days you are in pain. Everything hurts. By Tuesday or Wednesday I was feeling better but I was debating if go to work. I walked a mile and went to work. By the end of my shift I felt so tired, my beats felt so hard. The day w most activity in a week. I still walk stiff. Imagine having a block of cement wrapped very tight around your chest with tape.
The drive: I started driving Thursday; it hurts to do fast movements so I drive slower that I usually do, the turns or u turns are the worst.
Avoid bumpy roads
Bathroom:Did I tell you that u can’t use deodorant?
I haven’t been able to actually have a good shower and scrub myself , or wash my hair :(
The first 3 days you will assistance - but you will have constipation but by the time you “go” you will b able to do it yourself.
Massages: I wasn’t told - or don’t remember being told to massage them. I wish I had starting to massage them from the begging when I was in pain meds. I saw my doctor on monday and told me I need to start massaging them and trying to Raise my arms high. Also do it to the sides ( like a jumping jack of course with no jumping )
It really hurts in the sides. I guess there is a bunch of nerves and they r going crazy. It hurts to even touch the sides. Now imagine with the strap. Yea they give u a strap u gotta use for like a week so the implants get pushed down to the pocket. Annoying
Exercise: I asked my doctor and was told I can exercise my lower body and use the treadmill. I’ll start goin to the gym today and do legs but nothing heavy like I used to do. Let them heal.
Overall happy
I’m 5’5” , 130 Lb.
got ssm 375L/405R Natrelle
I’ll update y’all in few moths

7 weeks update

The pain is gone. I have resumed all my activities but I can’t do anything with my chest, things like push ups, pull ups, none of that.
There is a side that still hurts a bit when I massage it, I guess it send it to the nerve but hopefully it goes away soon.
My follow up appointment is in a week.

They look so good! I just had my surgery almost 2 weeks ago and my boobs looked extremely similar to yours before the aug. Still waiting for mine to drop! Congrats on your result. My implants are 360&375ccs. Went from a B to hopefully a large C

If you look at this pic from your 7 week update, you can see the start of the double bubble already emerging. This is definitely from your PS not releasing those constricted bands. I think I would asked to look at your operative report from surgery to see what he/she documented. I prob try to have the PS cover as much of the revision as possible so you have very little out of pocket expenses for their lack of experience doing tuberous breasts. Or try to get a partial refund and have it fixed elsewhere? Def have them go through your areola to properly release those bands and watch the video I posted in the latter comment of yours of Dr. Pousti do tuberous breasts BA. He is one of the best surgeons around with BA. Good luck dear, I'm rooting for ya!!! Keep me updated. :-)

Double bubble- post op
Latina1990October 12, 2019
Has been around 6 months. Around a month ago I noticed I started developing what is called a double bubble. ( saw it before but I thought it was because it wasn’t healed and needed to drop ; wasn’t noticeable either.).
I am not sure if this was a result of my body not reacting the way me and my doctor wanted or because I chose a doctor that told me an axillary incision would get my desired result without the extra and visible scars, or maybe me not using regular bras, I pretty much only use sport bras ( I go home-gym-work- all day on sport bras because I owe a ton)
My doctor used a bigger implant on one side and I feel is noticeable ( please comment if you see the difference, maybe I see it because I know he used a bigger implant).
On the last revision, he said he would have to go under my breast ( scar ! - sadface) to make internal saturations and create a higher bed for the implant.
But I am afraid that this won’t fix my constricted breast, because I still see some trace of my tuberous breast. ( Refer to my old post, you will see. )
I need some enlightenment
Should I seek other doctor ?
Mine will wave his fees and only charge me the anesthesia.
What should I do?
What should I expect ?
Would it get worst ?

During my time as a RS Insider I've read a lot of reviews. All of the reviews I've read that were for tuberous breasts the BA has been done through the areola bc they need to release the constricted breast tissue. In your pictures, you can see in all of them this wasn't done. That is probably one reason why you have double bubble. Before your BA, did you ask to look at all their b&a photos of their patients w/tuberous breasts deformity? Did they have a lot of experience with dealing with this? Usually it takes a very skilled surgeon to know how to properly fix this. If not, most woman always need a revision. I personally don't know how your PS thought he could do your BA through that type of incision. It kinda tells me he/she didn't have experience doing tuberous breasts deformity at all, jmo. I never seen it done this way in all the reviews I've read over the last 2 years on here. Maybe go on a few complimentary consults for other PS inputs to see what they would do. It could give you an idea what to do and maybe discuss that with your PS at your next appt. I hope this helps you out. I can totally tell the side with the double bubble is the side with the larger implant in the video. It least it looks like it to me. You had ask if we could tell. I think once those constricted bands are released your breasts are going to look fabulous! Hang in there, it's going to be ok and get better. Take care. :-)

Here is a great link/answer from a wonderful Dr. Pousti about tuberous breast and how they should be corrected. Watch the video he attached, he is the 3rd answer down. It's a great video with fabulous results. I hope this helps. Good luck!

I think they look fine. I don't see the double bubble and mine looked a little elevated at 6 months like yours. Give em' some more time and do your massages. I can't see the assymetry. I also habe 100 cc larger on one side and though I can see it not one of my friendshas said anything. We tend to be over critical of ourselves and I think you look great. Especially at 6 months. 12 months later and I am still seeing changes.

I think you should keep them as they are - I think they look very natural and quite honestly I'd say they are spectacular!
