I never had a flat tummy, I was overweight when I was little and decided to lose the weight when I was 20years. I lost it fast and that was my biggest mistake. I ended up with saggy breasts and tummy. Then I had my beautiful kids which I gained around 50 ponds in each pregnancy, but I managed to lose all the weight and a little more within less than a year.
