Complete waist of money and time. No results at all. I was told diet and exercise were not needed. During my follow up appointment they basically said to diet and go vegan. It's a gimmick. Very disappointed.

You look like you gained 15 pounds....not only in belly and waist, but even in your bust/ bra strap area (aka back bra fat) . The lack of change is not related to procedure but poor lifestyle choices. Never ever at any point will there be good results by NOT dieting and eating whatever you see and NOT exercising. Take it for what its worth. It's honesty.

I agree with the above comment.
Diet and exercise are always THE best plan. Procedures work, but they work only for people who put effort into their diets and keep their bodies moving.
It’s easier said than done. I struggle with it.
