TrueSculpt iD for chin reduction - 1st degree burns

Just had my first TrueSculpt ID for chin reduction. The process is definitely hot but not unbearable, however was I was finished and in the car leaving I noticed that I had blistering burns on my neck. Had to go to the Accident & Emergency dept and get them dressed. So sadly I won’t be having my next treatment as I have no idea why I was burnt, but wouldn’t want to risk that happening again. The clinic was really shocked and concerned and have kept in touch. Hopefully I won’t scar.
