Lost the diet, lost the results

When I stopped working out consistently and went back to a normal diet I lost all the results. Total waste of thousands of dollars. I had real lipo on my legs and the results were sustained. Save your money and get real lipo. This is literally a complete waste IMO.

Trusculpt ID better than expected

I decided to get Trusculpt ID to give me a boost as I try to shed my covid weight. I did it in combination with adding a personal trainer to my previously-nonexistent workout routine. I also got a big discount on the first treatment (-20%) which made me happy about the cost not being as high. I am 37, female weighed 130/135lbs when I got Trisculpt ID on my lower abdomen and back of arms. I chose these areas because they are resistant to fat loss for me. I have already had traditional lipo on my upper legs and love handles as part of a fat transfer to the breast. Traditional lipo was very hard on my body. That's not the case for everyone. I'm glad I did it for my fat transfer but the fat transfer went great and I don't need another procedure so I will almost definitely never do traditional lipo again. Especially because Trusculpt ID seems to be good enough for my purposes. The technician took Loya of before photos. Then, she placed 4 pads on my lower stomach spaced a little bit apart. IDK if they were evenly spaced. he just did her thing based on her knowledge of how the thing worked. Apparently you don't need the pads right next to each other because they burn a little bit of the fat outside of what's directly under the pad. She stuck them in place using some sticky stuff. Pain was not too bad. She said she did that area first because it makes the whole thing easier for patients who are also doing their arms. Next, she placed two pads on the back of one arm with the sticky stuff. I think she might have done one arm at a time but I don't remember. All I remember is that one of my arms was extremely painful. The machine is pretty brilliant - it heats up and cools back down in waves. On my right arm, the pain got close to unbearable at the top of when the pad was at It's hottest. Right before it became unreasonably painful, it would cool back off. On my left arm, there was one spot that was extremely painful, too painful honestly. Like it was really hard to not cry. Not as bad as real lipo obviously. The whole thing lasts less than 30 mins for all the areas she treated. The left arm was only part of that treatment. And, it's not at full heat the woke time - it goes in waves. With real lipo I cried every time I squeezed myself into the compression garment for a week even tho I was on serious pain meds. Real lipo is way worse in terms of pain / side effects / bruising / recovery. I could barely move and looked like I got hit by a truck. But real lipo was way way more productive in terms of fat removed per dollar spent and I can't imagine getting that kind of sculpted result from Trusculpt ID. I read a review from someone whose technician suggested that the patient maybe had too high of expectations for their results. I agree that you need to lower your expectations for this treatment- it's not real lipo. It doesn't work if you're not also exercising and watching what you eat. It's perfect for giving yourself an extra boost to small, stubborn fat areas when you're getting on a workout regimen. I don't know how frequently I can get it done. I think it's been about 6 weeks and I'm ready for more. I saw results after one month. I'm honestly very impressed. I was fully prepared to be staring at that stubborn lower belly bulge for months. But nope! I'm gettin' "shredded" over here. The backs of my arms are where I know it's actually working though because no amount of exercise normally trims those babies down. They just get larger with exercise. I've always said it's better to have muscley big arms than a non-muscley big arms. Those were the only two options for my physique without lipo. My arms are noticeably less big now though! I was starting to consider lipo on my arms because I saw how beautiful the result could be. Now, I don't think I'll need to go through that scary procedure again because Trusculpt ID definitely made a difference. This is not my first time trying to get in the workout train after being totally sedentary. I had to do it after my fat transfer. Even before my fat transfer when I was super lean, my arms just never budged. So, 5-stars for Trusculpt ID on arms specifically because it works and is way less invasive. During my Trusculpt ID procedure there was one area of my left arm that hurt like hell - really, really bad but only towards the height of the heat waves. So maybe 5-10seconds of repeated, excruciating pain. After the procedure that same spot was sore for at least two weeks. It might actually still be kinda sore when I press on it...not 100% sure if it's the same spot. When I go back, I will ask the tech to ask the doc if there's something they can do differently with the placement. Maybe I have a nerve there or something that got toasted. In any case, I will definitely be going back. At the same time, I am going to continue my personal training 4x per week. I reduced my calorie intake after Trusculpt ID but I am going to straight up diet as well next. Trusculpt ID gave me exactly the extra motivation I needed. I really wish I had taken more Instagram "before" selfies so I could show off my killer results. But oh well. I'll probably end up on the Trusculpt ID before /after posters in all y'all's Doctors offices instead. So, you can high-five me there instead! ;P
