There are many misconceptions about implants....

There are many misconceptions about implants. Things people tell you, esp those who have never had the procedure. Everyone has an opinion. The first and biggest misconception I believe is the size issue. I went under the muscle with silicone. Im 5'3, 145 lbs. i work out, so naturally, my boobs were the first to go. I was a small C before my procedure. I went with 750cc high profile. While most would think this is huge, I am curvy in my lower body and i have a small waist. 28" waist, 42" hips. I can carry a large size like this. Don't let the numbers scare you. You should probably have the Dr. Keep those numbers to him/herself if you think it will sway your decision. Everyone told me id look like Dolly P. Not true at all. Im very happy with my size. Most people who go smaller actually wish they went larger since the swelling reduces by around 20% of the size you end up with. Go with your gut feeling. I wanted to have a more proportioned boob to butt ratio.

They look perfect with your proportion you can definitely carry a fuller top with curvy hips. How was the pain ? When can you resume your fitness routine ? Pain and not working out has me reluctant..

You look great and definitely don't think they look huge! I got 500cc last week and though some people think that's huge they fit my athletic body perfect

The pain on day 1 was manageable since you are still feeling the effects from the anesthesia. On day 2 I took my pain meds and spent the day out doing things. Some people need up to 5 days or so on bed rest but I think it depends on how active you already are. Day 2-7 you feel sore. More like a bruised pain but you for the most part won't have any bruising. I felt the need to rub them gently to ease the tenderness which felt good since I was told not to ice. The reason is, I was told your body should do the work to heal itself and with heightened sensitivity it can give a negative result. Im on day 11. I still have soreness and tire easily. I'm either running around constantly, or down for the count lol. At the gym Im having a really hard time not working out...I was told no lower body exercising for 3 wks. No upper for 6. Ive been walking on the treadmill and just today started light lower work using my own body weight, like leg raises on the floor. If you do any lower body work before the 3 weeks, I would def recommend doing whatever keeps your upper body completely isolated. Opinions are like [RS bleep] lol. Some people have made comments saying they are huge, some people say my body looks proportioned. As long as you are happy, that's really all that matters.

2 weeks post op
Ms222April 29, 2016
I just went back to work and began lower body workouts with weights this week. I'm still taking pain medication, as I am still pretty sore. I've spoken to other people who have had breast augmentation and they have said 2 weeks post op they begin to feel much better. I think the larger you go, the more the muscle and skin stretches which would explain the longer length of time being uncomfortable.
I've also been experiencing extremely sensitive nipples. I explain it to others by saying it feels like I have oompa loompas hanging from them by their teeth, lol. Being that my implant is under the muscle, all of the nerves are being pushed forward.
I still can not sleep on my side even though in my sleep I try to, and absolutely not my stomach. That is to be expected for about 1 month.
I can work out lower body now which I'm very excited about. Today was the first day I weightlifted about 75% of my max. I do my best to isolate my upper body so that I am not using it.
I have silicone tape under the breasts where the stitches were that I just remove and replace when showering.
I tried going braless with certain outfits and became sore very quickly. I was told to wear a sports bra constantly for the first month. I did buy 1 really cute bra for the nights I go out and don't want a bulky bra showing. At least there is some sort of support.
They are still pretty swollen but have started to relax a little. I wanted the more natural look which will happen over time when they settle. I've also began doing the breast massage techniques to break up any possible scar tissue build up.

They look amazing! My surgery is in 2 weeks I'm still stuck between 600-700cc my stats are similar to yours.

Thank you! The swelling always brings the size down around 20%. Most people with size issues later wish they went bigger. 600 is a good size with high profile implants. 100ccs isnt much of a difference unless you want a little more projection.

Your breast look amazing!!! Do you have a before procedure picture? I just got my 2nd lift with 695cc and am hoping my projection is like yours

No I had 400cc Mod+ and replaced them with 695cc Mod+. I wanted High Profile but surgeon said it would fill out better with the Mod+

I also wanted to mention that the roundness on top is due to the implants being new. They should be closer to a tear shape after they heal.
