I love the definition Dr. Golden gave the tip of my nose. I wanted to share some recent photos with you all, but don’t have any good straight on currently, so tip appreciation it is. Still beyond happy with my results. I can not recommend Dr. Golden enough!

I would never trust another doctor to touch my face. Dr. Golden is an absolute expert on nose surgery. He gave me perfect results with a closed procedure, no scarring, no splints, no packing. I do not understand the negative comments on his bedside manner. Dr. Golden was hilarious while being informative and honest. I will be the first person to tell you that I'm the biggest baby about anything painful or gory. He recognized that and found ways to work with it. He established a lot of trust right away with me due to this. When I started to panic right before my procedure, he was able to make me laugh and feel more at ease. I felt genuinely cared about by his entire staff and could cry thinking about how positive and happy this has been for me.

Tip definition? Is that what he calls it? He told me my tip was perfect and that he was never going to touch it, that ended up being a lie and he cut out lower lateral cartilage that I never wanted removed.

Update as of May 2017

Some photos from our wedding in May. They show a lot of the progress better than any cell phone pictures I have. You can tell how straight it is in these and can see that a lot of the swelling has gone down. It's even less swollen now and looks fabulous. I am so thankful for Dr. Golden! I truly felt so much more confident on our wedding day, it's incredible. I am so happy with my results. I wish I did this years ago. It has truly been life changing. Wow. I'm amazed at your results. I also had a very crooked nose and unfortunately my first two surgeries were a disaster with both surgeons destabilising my nose by removing so much cartilage, and not getting it anywhere near straight. I wish I had results like you first time round. I like how your nose isn't pinched and too small it looks very natural and very straight. You look beautiful x
Thank you so much! It feels like the nose I was meant to have and I am so much more comfortable in my own skin. My Consultations with other doctors made me feel really discouraged when I first started my research. A lot of them said my nose would never be completely straight and showed me examples which made me feel like having a surgery wouldn't really be worth it if it couldn't move enough. Where are you from? Dr. Golden was so wonderful and does free revisions if you aren't 100% happy with the results.

Thank you! It'll never be "perfect," but it honestly feels like the nose I was meant to have which is exactly what I was hoping for. As much as I researched and knew Dr. Golden was the right surgeon for me, I still went in knowing there was a possibility it still wouldn't be what I was wanting. I was so beyond surprised with how straight he got it given how extreme my case was! Best thing I ever did. I wish I did this years ago.
