Day 4 BREAST AUG. 425CC SALINE IDEAL IMPLANT. 5'0 110 POUNDS, NO CHILDREN

I'm doing fabulous today! much better i've felt in a while, i am spacing out my pills from 1 every 4 hrs to 1 every like 6 -8 hours. Yesterday the last pain pill i took was at 5:30PM and i didn't take another one till today around 5 again. So its definitely manageable and the pain is getting better! you just can't forget that you still are a little sore and do a quick movement because its still all so fresh. I'm still on the couch but i feel like i have been recovering much better on the couch VS how i would be in bed. it can still be sore but its SO much better. A worlds difference! Showering is still kind of in convenient but its much better. The girls are dropping SO well and the swelling is almost gone! its great. I had an amazing surgeon. Heres an update!!

It is day 4 and I am feeling almost completely normal! Starting to gain my range of motion back in my arms and been keeping on the pain meds every 4 hours, strict. I found when i would wait every 6 hrs to take my norco i would just be going through so much pain, and when your going through pain you'll find your body takes longer to heal because you can barely move cause of the pain. So, when you stay on your pain meds, it makes it much more tolerable and it helps you be able to do simple movements much better. It just relaxes your muscles so much more staying on the meds so I really can't stress to you how important it is to stay on your pain medication and not to suffer. I am not taking the muscle relaxer because you're supposed to wait like 6-8 hours in between doses and thats way to long, so i stick with the Norco, 1 pill every 4 hours. much better and also knocks me out at night which helps get through. I went through hell day 2-3, and now day 4 i am starting to feel literally so much better. I'd say the worst thing about this is having to sleep on the couch and having a stiff neck/ back. Every night a new part of my back is sore due to the couch, but honestly i don't know what i would have done if it weren't for having electric recliner couch chairs!! its helped me X10000. The bed would have been miserable because its just too cushiony. I feel for me, i needed firmness and to be propped UP. Helps you move much better to grab your water, etc. My ass is soooo sore lmao, i feel like i've sat down so much i've flattened it like a pancake. HAHA. But, anyway, i feel so much better today except the hurting back but thats tolerable compared to breast and muscle pain. So far my left breast has dropped so great in like literally the past 2 days so much improvement. I've had on my surgical bra non stop except when i shower so i feel like its keeping them nice and in place. Just following my directions to a T and feeling really great. Minimal bruising. Great healing so far.
