34G down to 34D and couldnt be happier!

Prior to children, my breasts were a nice C/D cup...

Prior to children, my breasts were a nice C/D cup size. Once i started having children, my breasts went from D to DD after the first child, then DD to F after the second child. When the third child came around, my breasts were stuck at G/H. No matter how often I worked out, I could not lose them. I would have horrible upper back and neck pain. Sometimes even pain that tingled from my shoulder to my fingers. I hated wearing strapless anything because 1.) I would have very visible red marks on my shoulders from my straps, 2.) i was constantly trying to "fix" my boobs so they would not look so enormous. Bathing suits were horrendous. I looked like a grandma and bikini's were out of the question since 2002 lol. I had made several different plastic surgeon appts throughout 10 years. Each time i scheduled my BR operation - I would call and cancel because I was just to afraid. This year, I pushed myself to do it. I couldn't take the pain any more. My husband would tell me they were perfect but I know he was only trying to make me not feel so self-conscious. At work, I couldn't be taken seriously due to the size of my chest size. I wanted the pain, the self-consciousness and misery to end! I had my surgery done on Friday August 21st 2015. Once I got out of surgery, I immediately felt the relief on my shoulders. My breasts were no longer sitting on my stomach! The first 2 days, I was walking like I had a c-section done. Hunched over alittle from the soreness. Today is the 3/4th day and i am able to walk upright, there is alot of itching on the top part of my chest, under the supports bra and the sides where the drain tube openings are. Every time I drain my tubes, I take off my bra and look at my breasts. Yes the cuts are fresh, but they will fade. My breasts will get into their normal form probably in a few more weeks. They still feel a little hard and I'm unable to sleep like I normally do, just elevated on my back. I can't wait for my post op appointment this week. Draintubes will probably come out and I will be able to sleep a little better hopefully. If anyone is worried about going through with this surgery, don't worry. Get yourself a good doctor, ask other women who have done the procedure how they felt and make sure you have a great support system around you (family/friends). It will all be worth it.
