Two years post-op
WORTH IT$5,800
Wow- just like that, two years has gone by since my surgery. I am so extremely happy with my outcome. 225CC’s brought me from a 32AA to a 32C and my boobs now fit my frame very nicely and naturally. I’ve pretty much told everyone in my life had a breast augmentation- I no longer care about judgmental opinions. My scars are still noticeable (I probably should have been a little more religious with my scar cream application) but it doesn’t bother me. My breasts also aren’t perfect. My left nipple still sits a little higher, but again it doesn’t bother me. I can run, lay on my stomach, ride horses, swim, etc without discomfort. I can also go braless with no self-consciousness! I’m uploading a few pictures I’ve taken in the last year. I hope my review has helped small-chested women who just want a subtle size increase. Cheers to being comfortable in my own skin (finally!)

One Year!
It’s been one year since my surgery! I am so happy with my results. To be honest, I can barely remember what it was like before I had boobs! The only time I notice my new assets is either when I’ve been laying on my stomach too long and they start getting sore, or when I touch the underside of my breasts, since I still have minimal feeling under my nipples. My scars are a little more pink and noticeable than I want them, but they will continue to fade. My breasts aren’t as soft as natural breasts, but they really aren’t too bad. They are squishy and soft enough for me. I think they fit my body very well, and I love being able to shop for cute tops and bras that I will actually fill out now. Now, time to schedule my one year PO appointment! Thanks for reading!

thanks for your review! I’m similar in that I’m a A or AA right now and looking for small implants to bring me to a C. the big day is next week and your story is helping me feel more confident. you look great girl!!

I was a 32A/AA and got 170cc anatomic low profile oval bottom Sientra implants 6 months ago. The doc couldn’t fit the 220cc in my pectoral pockets sub muscularity and he knew I’d be more upset if I was too big be a touch smaller than most women hope for because I’m a runner and athlete. I totally love them!

Thank you so much for sharing! I am also very petite and knew I wanted some but not over doing the fake booby look. When I was looking st photos I thought I would be around 300cc, but after talking about what fits my frame better I was so surprised that we are looking into 250cc max! Mine are also 32A and 32AA; my right needs about 250cc and the left is a whole 50cc less! After we figured out what range to look into for me I started to worry that I’m not even going to notice the boobs, but after hunting down ladies such as yourself I have to thank you so much at putting my mind at ease! Yours are very lovely and Inhope mine turn out the same!

Your results look great! Just wondering if you've had any pain with your implants? I have 325cc and I honestly do not like them. They are always sore and look massive on me. I regret listening to people who said " go bigger" because of boob greed. I want to downsize to 225cc so badly but cannot afford to at this time. I feel we had similar pre op breast, your results make me want to do it even more!

I had my BA 5 days ago and my boobs look exactly like yours after surgery!! It’s crazy how identical they look! I’m so glad to see your progress one year after! Your boobs look gorgeous! I hope mine turn out like that too!
I went with 230cc round Motiva implants xxxxx

You look wonderful! I also got mentor textured anatomical (345cc) and am currently 9 days post-op. I was wondering how much massaging your PS had you do? Mine told me to start massages 10 days post-op but I am nervous because I've read that most surgeons instruct pple with textured shaped implants NOT to massage...I am worried it could displace/rotate the implant...

Hey girl! I’m sorry I’m so late To the party on this comment, but my PS had me start massaging at like the 5 week post-op mark. He reassured me that the implants had had enough time to settle and “grab”, and at that point massaging them wouldn’t run a risk of displacing them. :)

6 Months Post-Op!
Six months have flown by since my surgery and I couldn't be happier with my results. My breasts have dropped, fluffed, and softened so nicely! I can only lay on my stomach for a little while until my breasts get sore, but it's been working out just fine. I have found that I need high-impact sports bras to run or horseback ride, which I never had to worry about before! If I don't use a high impact bra for activities like that, my boobs get sore.
The scars are still more prominent than I would like, but I know they will continue to diminish. I've pretty much told everyone in my life about my implants and they've all been so supportive. My boyfriend even let it slip to his grandmother, and she was so surprised! She genuinely didn't notice, and thinks they are so natural. Success!
Overall, I'm super happy. They aren't perfectly symmetrical, but nothing natural is!

Your results are beautiful! I'm getting my BA in less than 3 weeks and I'm hoping for a beautiful natural look like yours.
You mentioned horseback riding, when were you able to start riding again? Even just at a walk. And do/did you notice any discomfort? Do you have a recommendation on supportive bra?

Thank you so much!
I rode for the first time at 5 weeks PO, and it was uncomfortable. I just walked the entire ride. At 9 Weeks PO, I began my job as a trail guide so I was riding every day, and it was much better. I have a medium impact sports bra by The North Face that does wonders! Good luck with everything! Feel free to ask more questions if you have any, I'm happy to help!

Thanks for sharing photos of your journey! It has been a struggle trying to find photos of someone around my size (96lbs) . I’m wanting to go for the natural look like you have! They look amazing!!

I am 3 weeks post op (very athletic 5'6" 128lb 290cc sientra oval shaped implants) and have been so worried about the shape and feel of my implants. I am so encouraged to see your 3 week vs 6 month pics. It calms me down :) You look great, very natural and how I hope I eventually look.

it’s been about 10 months now for me, and I can tell you I had the same worries as you! But now my breasts are so squishy, bouncy, and natural. They have a nice shape, and have dropped super nicely. Be patient and you will look great! Happy healing!
