They handled everything else after my flight: airport pickup, hotel drop-off, and daily transportation. On surgery day, I arrived at 10am and was finished by 6pm with 3750 grafts. The staff was extremely professional and friendly throughout the design, extraction, and implantation phases. The doctor was personally involved in the design and final implantation. I felt almost no pain after the initial numbing injections and even took a nap and watched a movie during the procedure. They provided lunch, took before-and-after photos the same day, and made the whole experience comfortable. The next day they changed my bandages, gave me a full two-week care kit, medications, detailed washing instructions, and a helpful manual. They dropped me at the airport and have stayed in regular contact since. At the two-week mark, they checked my progress, guided me on removing scabs, and have a full follow-up schedule at 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. So far, their care and professionalism have been outstanding.
