Facial Feminization Surgery

Procedures:
Brow bone reduction, hairline advancement, forehead augmentation with bone cement, T genioplasty, subnasal lip lift, chondrolaryngoplasty (tracheal shave), bilateral jaw reduction, cheek augmentation with synthetic implants, bilateral temporal lift.
My best friend Josie Azocar had her FFS with Dr. Harrison Lee about 3 years ago. I fell in love with her face. My insecurities were the masculine features of my face. I had an in person consultation with Dr. Harrison Lee a year ago. Dr. Harrison Lee is very professional, asked me what I wanted to do and then gave his professional opinion on how to feminize my face. The day before surgery I met with Dr. Harrison Lee once more to finalize details, met with Vilma the surgical tech and she walked me and Josie (who’s taking care of me) through what the following two weeks world look like and expectations. Day of surgery was easy and efficient; came in, signed papers, got my IV, met the anesthesiologist and nursing team, saw Dr. Harrison Lee and went in to surgery. I take surgeries pretty well, so I woke up fine, the team was there to check on me. Later that day I was taken to the recovery hotel where the nurses took care of me and checked in periodically throughout the night. The following day was driven to my post op appointment. Vilma was great at letting me know what would be going on as the days went by and what I needed to do to take care of my scars, she's also the one who removed my stitches and screws.
