Transgender facial feminization - left big scar under nose & uneven neck lift

Big scar under my nose. Bulging skin from fat graft and uneven neck lift. I went to him for facial feminization and instead have to get the procedures fixed this year. I would not say he and his staff knew how to work with transwomen.
