7 months post op and have had a massive swell!

WORTH IT$5,600
So, it's been a while since I was last on here. Life gets in the way! I am now 7 months post op and today my tummy has swollen on left hand side. No idea why. I did have a massive haematoma on the that side which was drained months ago, and hope it hasn't returned. Can they??? I shall be contacting my surgeon on Tuesday. Also still numb and feel tender around my belly button. Anyone else?

I hope you're ok. It sounds like your recovery has been difficult. Are you at least happy with your results and and generally comfortable?
I am happy witht the results so far. Glad i had it done. But just wished it would heal quicker!
I am 8 months post op and I still swollen bellow the belly button. I read it can happen. At least you are happy with your results, I am not with my one.
I had mine done around the same time as you also with transform. I'm still numb below the belly button but my surgeon said that you may never get the feeling back there....

Nearly 3 months post op

It's been a few weeks since I updated. I've lost a few more pounds on my diet and the tummy is looking better. Scar still very red and a bit lumpy still where I has the wound issue and haematoma. There is also still bruising discolouration. I had many compliments at my work Christmas do and I have not felt that good about myself since the age of 18, before I fell pregnant! Over the Christmas break I have gained a coupled pounds (don't we all!) and since then my tummy has started to feel tight and sore. I'm getting a few sharp pains under the scar and around the sides. It feels bruised above and below the belly button Still healing? Hope so. I have my final review with my surgeon on 27 Jan 2016 and I can speak to him about any further issues then.
Am I pleased I had it done? Yes. But not happy with having a wonky scar. But the scar will fade and it's so much better than the stomach I had before. Pictures soon.

The incision looks very wonky

I am hoping the lopsided wonky scar is just because of the haematoma I still have. Still swollen on the right. Hardly any on the left.
I see my surgeon on 18 November and will ask why it looks wonky.

Hi Dee. Your incision is looking a lot better now. Your belly button looks so much better too. How are you feeling? I'm only a week further out than you. It is strange that your incision goes further up at one side. Maybe there was more loose skin? Mine goes up in the middle slightly as he tried to get rid of my belly button piercing. Need to post some pics for you x
Hi Marie. I am seeing my surgeon on wednesday. I will ask him why its like that. My belly button has really settled down.
Post some pics. It would be nice to see how your doing. Dee x
