When I was sitting one day I looked down and saw a love handle on my knee! That was it! I am in my 50s, kids are raised so I decided it was my turn. Over the years I have tried every diet and gimmick, the only result of this was loss of money. I even tried Cool-sculpting when it first came out, I heard this has improved.but... The fact that nothing has ever worked made me really afraid to spend this much money to hate or not see the results. I did the research for over a year before moving forward, I even had my procedure schedule with a large chain, but just wasn't comfortable and they had very mixed reviews. Six months went by, I really wanted to get started, so I did google reviews and found
Dr. Alturi . I was very comfortable with her from the beginning, I felt she really cared about how it would turn out. That is huge for me! Procedure was done the the 13, I was back to work on the 15. I am a bruiser so I thought it would be horrible. It was bruised and they lasted quite a while but was less than I anticipated. The draining was about what she explained. I did have pain, but thought it was quite manageable I followed the pain medication as prescribed so I stayed in front of it, I needed to get back to work so I just moved a little slower. I did not mind the compression garment during the day, but at night it would make me feel claustrophobic and itchy. But I was committed to making this work, so I sucked it up and wore it anyway(still wearing it during the day). I did the massages which weren't very comfortable, but again want results. Now I am doing the leg exercises she recommended. I am very pleased with the results which I know are not finished yet. I put on pants and look at my legs and just smile because they have a shape. I am looking forward to summer because I think I can wear shorts! I am going to do my abdomen and back late spring. With that you have to miss a week of work and that is hard for me to do. I will post that before and after also. I can't wait!
