I have never had much breast tissue but after two pregnancies, breastfeeding and lots of running I was left with literally nothing. I am not sure of pre op bra size but wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't actually a size at all!
I am 165cm and 122lbs - UK dress size 6/8.
Breast augmentation was something I had been considering for a long time but after a summer of hissy fits over swimsuits and bikinis I finally decided to go for it.
After a number of consults I booked with Transform and my surgeon was Mr Meleagros.
On 22/10 I went to transforms riverside hospital in London and had my surgery - Natrelle inspira TSF325 over the muscle.
Recovery has gone really well so far with surprisingly little pain. I went back to clinic yesterday to have my dressings changed and got a peak at my incisions and they are looking so neat already!
So nice to have some curves :-)

You are looking great!! Congrats! You must be thrilled!
I'm scheduled for Dec19th and still deciding on size...but currently stuck at 325cc. Our stats are a somewhat different but how are you finding the size?? I'm 5'8 , 135lbs.

Thank you, I'm really happy so far! We are probably a similar build as I am a bit shorter than you at 5ft 5.5 (mustn't forget that all important half lol).
I'm really happy with the size, most of the swelling has gone and I'm measuring 30DD/32D. They look right on my frame - not too big!
Where are you having surgery?

Thanks for sharing :)
I'm in Canada so unlikely you'll know but my surgeon is Dr. Lista in Toronto. I did a lot of research as I'm sure you did. He's tops!
I'm athletic also and don't want them getting in the way... so to speak, but then I'm scared to go too small also. Did your surgeon have much input on your size or were you confident with your choice from the outset? I'm debating whether to give him authority over things based on his experience. I know he would be tasteful in his choice.

I'll be really interested in seeing more pics as you progress...I'm surprised you are measuring a D. (No disrespect here) I don't think a D today is what a D used to be ;)

I went in with a size in mind and after discussing it with him we agreed that 325 would suit my frame and get me close to where I wanted to be.

I have a small back size so 32D would correspond to 34C/36B... not so big really. I'm not sure if UK sizing is the same as Canadian.
I'm really happy as like you I didn't want them too big. I workout and run long distance so didn't want them getting in the way but at the same time didn't want to spend lots of money to not be able to notice ;-D

Healing well, most of the pain has gone completely. Occasionally feel some niggles around the incisions but that's it. Slept on my side for the first time last night :-)
Very happy with how they are settling but can't wait to be able to wear normal bras!

Like you, I love to run and exercise. Are you refraining from exercise as recommended? How are you handling that? Thanks for your reply. ☺

I really struggle to rest but the first week post op I was really good and did very little (not that I had much choice). Week 2 I gradually started doing more around the house - I have a 2 year old and 4 year old and my husband returned to work.
This is week 3 and I have been doing some strengthening exercises with my lower body - squats, resistance bands etc and have been walking lots plus most of the housework. So far so good!
I will go with the recommendation of my surgeon and not run until 6 weeks post op.
Not being able to exercise was my biggest concern but time is passing relatively quickly and my 6 week point is up 3rd Dec - just in time for marathon training to start again eek!

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. I was told not to do any exercising AT ALL for 4 weeks. Nothing. How does one do that?!
November 9, 2016
Oh no!!! I have no idea how I'd cope with that. I was told not to lift anything heavier than a kettle for two weeks and after that can gradually build up to the things I would normally do - vacuuming etc. They also said to avoid lifting anything heavy for 6 weeks. My 2 year old weighs 30lbs and I've had no choice but to lift her in and out of the car etc.
The post op nurse basically said to me to avoid getting sweaty so that my incisions stay dry.

I'm wondering if I can cope with that!? He was pretty adamant about it. Well, thanks for your reply. Happy journeys to you...

Hi girls! Another training-addict here! I haven't lifted a finger in 4.5weeks.. doc's orders, he too was very adamant: we have an internal wound and even if it looks healed up on the outside, it isn't yet on the inside and getting your heartrate up (ie breaking a sweat) will not only be bad for the scars but it will slow down internal healing! So I'll stick to his orders, NOTHING for 6 weeks (I'm counting the days til I can go back to training! :)) it's been tough but this IS surgery so shouldn't be taken lightly.

Thanks Sophie. I know that's what I'll need to do, too.
