I'm hoping to go from my flat 34c to a plum 34d/dd, I have a little sagging but plenty of skin under the nipple(doctor told me 6year ago I needed a lift????) I was smaller then so hoping at my surgeon consultation on 15/04/2015 he says I dont, as I don't think I do and it takes the price from £4000 to £6000

I'm exactly the same size as you now, 34c My surgery is april 3rd!!!!!!!! Well excited and nervous. I'm getting 533cc moderate profile saline. Can't wait to hear how your surgery goes. Hugs

Wow!! you are the perfect candidate for implants because your nipples are still high and you have a lot of lower pole still and start with a lot of breast tissue!! Yours will be gorgeous!!!

not sure yet lol, don't have my surgeon consultation untill 15th April, I'm thinking around 300cc but he will tell me what's best for me x

not sure what size I will need then, I want to be a full d/dd(defo no bigger) was thinking about 300cc as my sister got 325cc from a b cub and she's now d/dd (hers was 7years ago) but not sure what profile she went I supose that will make the cup size x

The cc's are so confusing though because one person could have 500cc and another the same but they'd look completely diff because of what breast tissue they had prior.

doctors says he already thinks I am a d cup and says my existing tissue is excellent, and suggests I had a real good think as tho wether or not I really want this as he says I have a good breasts as is it and may go up to a e cup and be very large, but just been in with nurse trying the sizes he recommended 295cc or 325cc and I liked how it looked so that's it I've booked it and paid in full and having it done Sunday 26th April :)

Good luck to you! I love reading about other women who are a little similar to me in breast size. I will be having 495cc on May 28th. Ugh I'm super excited! The day can't get here fast enough. How much breast width did you measure at the consult? I'm 13.2 and hoping the 12.9 from my implants will make me full again.

I'm not sure I'm just trusting him to work his magic, he is an amazing surgeon so he knows best, and he specialised in breast augmentation and he did my sister ba 7years ago and she still loves hers x
